Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and jewelry, with the exception of items that arrive damaged and/or defective (see below). Please ensure you have read and reviewed all product listings and your shopping cart before completing your order. If you have questions about an item before purchasing it, feel free to contact us.

Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds and Replacements
If there is something wrong with your item(s), we will provide either a replacement or refund according to the situation. In some cases, we may ask you to pay for return shipping on the item. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
